Welcome to Ai Supermenu. By using our website and services, you agree to comply with and be bound by the following terms and conditions of use.
1. Agreement to Terms
By accessing or using Ai Supermenu, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and all applicable laws and regulations. If you do not agree with any of these terms, you are prohibited from using or accessing this site.
2. Use of Service
You agree to use the service only for lawful purposes and in accordance with the Terms. You are responsible for:
- Maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials
- All activities that occur under your account
- Ensuring that the content you upload (menus, images, etc.) does not violate any third-party rights
3. Subscriptions and Payments
Access to certain features of the Service requires a paid subscription. All payments are processed securely through our third-party provider, Razorpay. By subscribing, you agree to provide current, complete, and accurate purchase and account information.
Subscriptions are billed in advance on a recurring basis (monthly or annually) and are non-refundable except as required by law. We reserve the right to change our subscription fees at any time, with prior notice provided to active subscribers.
4. User Content and Responsibilities
You retain all rights to the content you upload, including menu items, descriptions, and images. However, by uploading content, you grant Ai Supermenu a non-exclusive, worldwide license to use, store, and display that content for the purpose of providing the Service.
You represent and warrant that you own or have the necessary licenses for all content you upload and that your content does not violate any third-party intellectual property or privacy rights. We reserve the right to remove any content that violates these Terms.
5. Intellectual Property
The service and its original content, features, and functionality are and will remain the exclusive property of Ai Supermenu and its licensors. Our trademarks and trade dress may not be used in connection with any product or service without our prior written consent.
6. Termination
We may terminate or suspend your account and bar access to the Service immediately, without prior notice or liability, under our sole discretion, for any reason whatsoever and without limitation, including but not limited to a breach of the Terms.
If you wish to terminate your account, you may simply discontinue using the Service or contact us at support@aisupermenu.com. All provisions of the Terms which by their nature should survive termination shall survive termination, including ownership provisions, warranty disclaimers, and limitations of liability.
7. Limitation of Liability
In no event shall Ai Supermenu, nor its directors, employees, partners, or agents, be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from your access to or use of or inability to access or use the service.
8. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of India, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any dispute arising from these terms will be settled in the courts of Vijayawada, Andhra Pradesh.
